The property lies on the gentle hills which face the valley separating Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra at the same distance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
The farm on the grounds has for years been producing extra virgin olive oil, giving maximum attention to biological cultivation techniques.The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 mts away from both properties, guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop and a bakery.

There are in total 3 apartments (Lecci, Cipressi and Gelsi) each with private garden equipped with table and chairs for dining out. From the living room there is access to the large private garden at the same level of the living room.
The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming-pool (seasonal opening) Wi-fi internet connection available for free. Pets are not allowed. To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, final cleaning , baby cot on request. Key deposit 100€ and tourist tax must be paid cash upon arrival.
